I hope it is as good as the tapes

I listened to the audio tapes by the author many years ago. It is hilarious and full of very practical advice. I tried to buy the tape for a friend but could not find it. So I bought the bok and hope that is is as good and as full of wisdom.

Who's got the monkey? is still relevent for all new and improving managers. Author provides plenty of personal insites. If you love Dilbert, you will appreciate the tongue in check style this book is written with.
