In 2009, Susan earned her CPEHR (Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records) certification. In addition, she is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the eLearning Guild. Good textbook

Well written and easy to follow. The exercises sprinkled throughout the book make sure you are learning the content as it happens instead of just skimming until the end of the chapter. You really need to get the online access code to go with the book if you want to get the most out of it.
